Updated 2026-10-18
RERA registration is a basic safeguard for homebuyers. Wave Veridia Heights lists project RERA number UPRERAPRJ615789/08/2026.
Steps
Open the UP RERA website, search registered projects, and enter the registration number. Check promoter name, validity dates, approved plans and disclosures.
Check the agent too
Real estate agents must also be registered. Ask any broker for their agent registration number.
Red flags
Mismatched names, expired registration or refusal to share numbers should make you pause.
