Updated 2026-10-18
Many buyers consider Vastu while selecting a unit.
Common preferences
North or east facing entrance, kitchen in the south-east, master bedroom in the south-west.
Practical approach
Ask for the tower and unit orientation and compare plans. Do not compromise structural or safety factors for orientation.
Remember
Vastu preferences are personal; use them alongside budget, light and ventilation.
